Description

About this Online Seminar
A central component of digital transformation is the development of digital business models. While companies such as Amazon, Apple, eBay and Google dominate the global markets, many companies are not yet aware of the key mechanisms associated with disruption, digitalization and the design of business models.
In this advanced seminar, we explain where disruption starts and how digital business models are structured. In this seminar, we show how specialist managers can build their spin-offs, corporate start-ups and speedboats from the basic principles.
